The essence of empowering entrepreneurs is to have a set of workers who will be able to do the right thing for the growth of the company as well as customers. Employees are usually the ones who are in direct contact with the customers and this means that they are the ones who should get the basic training if the company is going to offer an appropriate customer care service.
There Is A Necessity To Get A Great Team That Is Ready To Work.
The fact that employees have been properly trained however, does not mean there is no work to be done by the management team.
In order to record great success, it is essential to have a great team that is made up of an effective management skill and for a management team to be considered as effective, it must possess basic and essential characteristics.
The management must be able to go through the stress of hiring the right team of employees, your business needs more than just your effort to succeed, and it takes you to employ the right set of individuals who would carry out their duties flawlessly either in your presence or in your absence.
A proper management system should establish the objective of the company in the mind of employees. The financial capacity, the goals as well as the objective of the business has to be thoroughly explained by the management to the employees, when there is a level of confidence displayed by employees in making sound decisions, then the business will make progress.
However, it is not enough to only define or explain the goals of a business to employees, it is also the duty of the management is to make available the necessary tools required to get the company to a great level. It is definitely not making any meaningful impact to have set of employees who have been given proper orientation but have no required tool to work with.
The management team need to get their rules right and set them straight to employees, it is when there is a rule to follow, that an offence will stand. It is relevant for every management team to set the rules of the company straight and give the employees basic instructions to be followed alongside with the deserved punishment if broken.
The management should be able to take ideas from employees, the fact that an employee is trying to bring in a different method, does not make the employee wrong, give room for new decisions and growth is definite.

You are correct @ben-edom, an empowered team is an empowered business.
Yes it is, thanks for coming around.
Hi @ben-edom
Another interesting post!
I agree with this last statement fully. I think that setting the right company culture is so important.
I once visited a factory that prided itself on a very effecient production process. The factory was spotlessly clean and everything worked like clockwork. The problem was, the company were lagging behind in innovation and their competitors were learning to do things in new better ways.
Their factory manager was horrible. He shouted and swore at the staff as soon as they did anything out of line. No wonder they never innovated. No one would bring a new idea because they feared what it might mean for them.
Management taking the ideas requires a certain culture and this needs to be promoted by management as much as setting the company objectives and goals.
