Multipling sales channels

We live in the omnichannel era. This means that customers use the most diverse technologies to contact brands: social networks, e-mail, telephone, online stores, blogs, etc. Therefore, the company must mark its presence in these places as well. If your company is not yet online, this is a great way to expand your business.

Among the main measures in this regard, are:

  • Create a blog to publish educational content;
  • Open a virtual store;
  • Maintain pages on social networks to publicize and maintain the relationship with the public;
  • Offer service via online chat and call center.
    This strategy allows the company to optimize the reach of its brand and reach an even larger audience, increasing sales, and making the business grow.

Export

Reaching international markets can be a great lever for the success of your business. When exporting, the entrepreneur will have new opportunities to increase his sales, since he has access to a new audience.

In addition, to enter this modality, the company must meet international requirements. This represents an evolution in its products and the consequent increase in competitiveness. The business is even able to obtain greater visibility in the national market since it adjusts to international standards.

It is important to remember some tax incentives that exporting companies receive, such as the elimination of some taxes which will be stated in the Tax Policy of each country.

Hello @bernie111
This area of international trade is unknown to me, but there is a lot of logic in what you are saying. Selling internationally will always put the company on a different level, make it better known to many beyond its borders and of course make it more outstanding in its place of origin.
