How much do you want to succeed?. Will power is one of the craziest things in the world. Sometimes you feel like screaming out and telling the entire world how annoyed you are at yourself, for not doing what you ought to be doing or should have done already. We've all been there before, that position where you want to do something but somehow, you keep procrastinating. To a point where you actually start to feel anger towards yourself, that you can't get yourself to complete an important task.
Let me just point it out as it is. Your will power is directly tied to your want power. If you want it so much, you'll do whatever it takes. You'll go to whatever length to see that you get that thing you so desire. That you can't live without. And you see this primarily in people that are addicted or obsessed with something. You really can't stop them, very difficult. In extreme cases, you might have to chain them to something strong or completely lock them up.
If you truly want to be a very successful person you must get addicted to success. You must make yourself obsessed with success. Let's take for example, people addicted to substances, for some it runs in their family tree and for others, they let themselves get influenced by peers or someone to start that habit. And they eventually get hooked to it.
This is very similar to success. Been that, you may be obsessed with becoming successful naturally, perhaps because it runs in your family to have great desire for success. Whereas for other people, you may choose to be obsessed by hanging out with people obsessed with success. Before long, you'll be influenced by their strong desire for success and you too will be addicted to becoming successful as well.
For the purpose of further simplicity. What I'm saying is that you can possess a high will power for success from your family tree. Some families just have strong will power and it must have been in the upbringing of their kids, some where along the line, they've understood the exact way to make a child develop a strong will power and they teach it to the child from a young age. Or it may simply be genetics. It may be an impulsion in their genetics to want success so much.
This post is for you, if you're struggling with your will power to get important stuffs done. By application of logic, therefore you're not from a family tree that possess this ability naturally or by upbringing. In your case, you must ensure you make friends with people that have that obsession for success. That way, you'll be influenced positively to have that addiction for success. If you can't make friends with them physically, because of social difference, you can make friends with them by reading their books, or materials.

Being obsessed with success is something really unique but having it will make you dig all the ways for it because you just want to be one of those successful people one day.

The achievement of success has so much to do with will power, parents have a great part to play here because if they choose to begin to instill discipline for success in their children from a young age, it will definitely grow with them and even help them with a better energy to achieve it.
