###Creativity
Stagnation is an enemy of building a great business. Creativity is not necessary starting something new but it is the ability to develop and advance existing concept or ideas. Any business that must advance till it becomes great must achieve that it through creativity. There are a lot of people looking to create something totally new but they forgot that improving the exiting ideas or product they already have is vital. Customers always want something new and if you are always giving it, then get set to have their continuous loyalty.
###Gifted people
A lot of successful company and organizations don’t joke with this fact. They pay heavily to keep the gifted people working with them and they are always on the look out to attract same. Extraordinary people produce extraordinary results. Therefore, to improve your results, improve your human resource based.
###Financial intelligent
This is made of skills and knowledge acquired from understanding accounting and finance principles in the world of business. This involves understanding the use of money; it is the foundation of organizational growth and development especially when it has to do with employee participation. Financial intelligence has also emerged as a core competency and best practice in many organizations resulting to enhanced financial results, enhance employee morale. In building a great business financial intelligence has to be incorporated into the leadership training curriculum of the organisation because it is not an innate skill rather it can be develop and learned at any level.
###Market Intelligence
This can be defined as the data or information that is derived by a business outfit or an organization from the market it wants to operate or operates. It helps determine market penetration, segmentation, existing market metrics and market opportunity. It also assists in understanding the market state, and acquires competitor intelligence which can help the business to become profitable.
###Leadership
Uncommon leadership skills such as team work are key to growing a business in the 21st century. Leadership in business is the ability or capacity of a business's management to set and actualise challenging goals, take decisive and fast action when necessary, in order to edge out competitors. It also involves inspiring others to deliver or perform at their pick.

I congratulate you for your summary, in fact it is usually the most important thing to be able to achieve success when you start and are in the process of building a company, follow the steps if it can be of great help, of course the dynamics of each company or business can be very different.

A good leadership skills amongst others is a very important skill to run a business successfully because q bad head destroys the entire team.
