Hello Everyone! It's another lovely Monday and I hope this week turns out great for everyone of us. I'm quite sure you all know what I do every Mondays on my blog 😊. Anyways, if you're reading this for the first time, every Mondays is all about #MondayMotivation a day in every week when I share motivational contents that will add more to value to you 😊.

Today, I'll be discussing about a very important factor which most of us take for granted despite the fact that some people are willing to own these two great gift but it's quite unfortunate they can't because it's definitely late for them. These two gifts are simply known as Time and Good Health.

For you to be reading this short post at this moment it simply implies that you definitely have both gifts and I'm deeply happy for you. Some people are at the hospital at this moment nurturing some form of sickness while some can't move an inch from where they are presently because they are lifeless. It's a great gift and privilege to be alive and healthy, all thanks to him who made this possible.

Let's Get Straight To The Point

Time and good health are indeed two essential gifts you can ever posses to achieve goals and aspirations. It's really sad most people don't really value these two great gifts making them utilize it in a very bad manner. I think this is definitely why Muhammed Ali (a great boxer) once said "If you really want to enjoy life, always learn to manage your time wisely". This explains the fact that life was definitely made up of time and time should always be valued if you really want to achieve great things in life. Every successful people you talk about today were also given the same 24 hours and good health which you have now, but it seems most of them were able to utilize their time effectively with grace or destiny making them what they are today.

I sometimes smile when I come across some pessimist throwing insult and critics against some successful individuals who were able to achieve great goals and success, it makes me sometimes wanting to question them "how they spent their time and health". I see no reason why we should develop any sense of envy or jealous nature against people who spent their time and health valuable by staying consistent in achieving their goals.

How Do We Value Our Time and Health?

There are several ways to go about this but I do have this feeling that whenever most of us are doing the right thing we'll definitely know we are doing the right thing and whenever we are doing the opposite most of us do feel that sense of guilt and regret provided we aren't hypocritical.

I'll be sharing some the ways which we can value these precious gifts and I hope you'll find them helpful.

#1 SET GOALS

Setting goals won't only keep you busy and productive, it will also give you that sense of feeling that you're definitely part of something more important which helps to keep you productive by making you value your time and health more than you can ever imagine.

#2 BE WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE

When you are with people who value their time and health, you automatically also tend to value yours too. Spend more time with your loved ones and families most especially people who make you feel healthy by being around them.

#3 STAY HEALTHY

Always ensure you eat the right food and always go for the healthiest food/fruit combinations. There's a popular saying that "health is wealth". Always ensure you sleep at the right time and keep eating good meals to keep you more energetic for the day. Also don't forget to go for exercises 😊.

#4 BE PRODUCTIVE

images (6).png

Always ensure you find something productive doing everyday. Don't be the type that finds joy in wasting time. You can decide to learn a skill, read a book or probably start writing articles.. All in all just get something productive doing!

#5 ADD YOURS

Hello friend an excellent publication as always, you are very right, there are those who have known how to take advantage and invest their time in productive things, unfortunately it is not everyone, I think it is something we can learn from, keeping our mind and body active will give us many benefits. If we want to achieve all our goals and objectives we must sacrifice some things in order to achieve others.

We definitely need to sacrifice some things in other to achieve some great goals and this is really common amongst successful people.

Hello @hardaeborla

Good advice, and good theme you brought this Monday.
Doing productive things is more than necessary, and it's not just about working, producing money, which we know is obviously necessary.
Dedicating time to activities that we really like to do is something that we should seriously consider, not as something that is an obligation. Exercising is extremely productive, beyond the fact that it generates a benefit in terms of physical health, it depends on how we assume this could or could not, a great way to drain our physical and psychological tensions.

Hmm... This is really educative and I must tell you I've learnt a lot from your comment.
