CORONA Time Some WORK FROM HOME etiquette every company and managers must learn..

Hi friends, i choose this topic for our project-hope community, Please go through it
Capture.JPG

1) Work From Home does not mean the person is available every time. Must have to make proper working timings and avoid disturbing beyond it.

2) All Video calls or online meetings must be scheduled in advance. Do not just give video call, it will hamper the privacy of the employee.

3) Must know that Weekend are still weekends, do not unnecessarily push work during weekends if you really want productivity during weekdays.

4) Always message before giving call if you hate being “not picked at first time”. Nature call, taking bath or handling family or simply bad weather… there could be many reasons.

5) Work From Home does not mean that person is on leave or enjoying or you are doing any favour to him or her, So stop taunting.

Humble Request- Please be sensitive towards your employees. WFH is new to them too. Always do trust on their honesty rather than assuming anything.

What do you think of these #HIVE ? Agree ? YES or NO ?

Please give your valuable advice in the comments section.

Thanks
