yo uso e-steem , de hecho estoy escribiendo está respuesta en ella, la cosa es que hay que cambiar el nodo a rpc.esteem para poder votar en Hive y también loguearse sin steemconnect porque sino no sirve la app.
No lo tengo muy claro pero para usar esteem con steemit creo que hay que hacer lo mismo pero cambiando el nodo a api.steemit .
Ojalá este comentario aclare la duda de muchos.
