Exactly, using the Banner is not a guarantee of honesty, as people will always look for ways to break the norm, in effect the work of thorough curation is the best method to counter plagiarism, I see the Banner more as a corporate seal that identifies the community in its fight against plagiarism and abuse.

I see the banner as a kind of symbol that can identify the community, like a corporate or community seal as you mention, the truth is that the banner is already associated with Project.HOPE and that has a value that should be taken advantage of.
