Will 2021 be as challenging as "interesting" as 2020 has been? Let's wait and see ...

2020 WAS VERY "UNIQUE"

line2.png

I believe for many of us, 2020 has been very unique and challenging. A year full of uncertainty and worries about our health and financial future.

As a community, we've came really far within the recent 12 months. Many of you, dear readers, didn't even know about our existance just a year ago. And today you're part of a group of amazing people. Often very well educated, sharing similar interests and values. Group of like-minded and mostly TEAM-ORIENTATED people.

We've build something which most communities seem to fail: SENSE OF BELONGING ....

SAILING INTO UNKNOWNG

And I truly feel, that I'm part of something great. I still do not know where blockchain technology is heading or how HIVE will evolve in the upcoming future, but it is hard not to share excitement, while having skype conversations with some of you.

Brainstorming different ideas. Sharing common understanding, that Project.hope may bring us opportunities and knowing that as a community - we will face many challenges.

We're all early adopters. And sometimes, I've the impression that we're part of a crew sailing through uncharted waters. Don't you ever feel this way?

SOME PAST CHALLENGES

line2.png

One of the most severe challenges in 2020 has definetly been related to STEEM and HIVE forking out. Trying to stay neutral within the conflictthat rages between those two blockchains has been ... far from easy.

I've witnessed many smaller communities crash, our own members have been targetted and I've been called names.

Luckily, the saying "what will not break you, will only make you stronger" worked just well for us. Some of our members quit under pressure, however those who have left have became a backbone of our PH community.

And for that I'm grateful and absolutely proud.

BIG THUMBS UP TO ...

It would be difficult to name everyone who I've learned to value and appreciate. There has been so many amazing people, who managed to support our community growth during last year. So many, who brought energy into our group. So many, who I would love to say THANK YOU.

special thanks to @juanmolina, @josevas217 and @achim03. You guys have been part of this community for so long and amount of energy and time you've invested into building Project.hope has been insane. It's a pleasure to work with each one of you.

Project.hope VISION AND GOALS for 2021:

line2.png

Stay tuned and visit our profile every now and then. Soon we will be sharing our vision and goals for PH community for 2021. None of it will be much different from what we did in 2020, however many of our members are quite new so I would consider it necessary to refresh those informations.

It is a pleasure starting the year 2021 with great optimistic that the year will be great ahead.

2021 will surely be amazing and that will touched the projecthope community also. There will always be members that will leave and some that will stay and that's why the vision need to keep going and moving even this.

In the last year, I believe there has been ups and downs for the community but it rose above it and that show the determination of the projecthope community to hit the success top.

I will be eagerly waiting to see the plans craves out for 2021 and I believe with stronger determination, those goals will be meet, achieved and superpassed also.

Once again happy new year to the projecthope community

I agree with you there. It's in a way a modern discovery and it's exciting :-)

Amazing, I am happy to be a part of this growth and watching the events unfolding within the short space is quiet interesting, I wish for more speed to perform even better this coming year.

Hello @project.hope.

I want to take this part which for me is very philosophical and I like it:

We're all early adopters. And sometimes, I've the impression that we're part of a crew sailing through uncharted waters. Don't you ever feel this way?

Although Christopher Columbus was convinced that by crossing the Atlantic Ocean he would reach the Indies of the Asian continent, what he really experienced in his diverse journeys was to navigate through unknown waters; there are many reasons for this, since Caribbean storms lashed him inclemently, but his conviction of achieving an objective that was to reach the Asian continent made him discover a new world.

Perhaps the great community of Project Hope sailing in unknown waters will be able to explore new challenges and achieve new conquests that will make us transcend history.

I declare in God's name great blessings for the Project Hope community for this year 2021 and I am sure we will achieve great things.

Hi @crypto.piotr - lets hope 2021 is a good year for Project Hope and for all of us. Thanks for all your support during 2020!

A challenge year 2020 was just as you have said. So many people faced a lot, financially, personal life, Blockchain life and I witnessed a little about that of PH community too. But here we all are, strong and solid. I wish everyone and PH community a prosperous year ahead. Cheers
