Hola a todos un saludo, me es grato integrarme a este concurso de @lililuki y @mvl2304, gracias a la invitación de @mariajcastro28 que además de ser mi primera participación en uno también es mi primer post en esta comunidad de música, debido a que soy muy fanático de todo el tema de la música, tanto puesta en escena de bandas, composición musical, trayectorias artísticas y evolución de la música a lo largo de los años, puedo decir que es uno de los pasatiempos que mas me apasiona desde hace muchos años. sin mas nada que añadir procedo a enumerar (cosa que fue muy difícil de hacer por supuesto), las bandas que para mi son las mejores de todas, sin orden en específico, empecemos:
Hello everyone, greetings, I am pleased to join this contest by @lililuki and @mvl2304, thanks to the invitation of @mariajcastro28 which besides being my first participation in one is also my first post in this music community, because I am a huge fan of the whole subject of music, both band staging, musical composition, artistic trajectories and evolution of music over the years, I can say that it is one of the hobbies that I am most passionate about for many years. Without more anything to add, I proceed to list (which was very difficult to do of course), the bands that for me are the best of all, in no specific order, let's start:
1. THE RAMONES
Bueno, les explico un poco por encima cierta parte del motivo, y si les parece interesante o llamativa la historia pueden verlo aquí, cuando tenía unos 17 años, un amigo, (gran amigo por cierto) y yo formamos una banda llamada Orion, cada uno tenía sus instrumentos, yo guitarra y el bajo respectivamente, pero no sabíamos tocar ni sabíamos nada de cómo aprender, así que simplemente nos pareció lógico aprender tocando, así que buscamos bandas que tengan acordes sencillos y solos fáciles, buscamos un género sencillo y conseguimos el PUNK, genero que vimos fácil, y para completar conseguimos la banda más fácil de todas (THE RAMONES), pensábamos, bueno canciones con 3 acordes, casi sin solos y batería básica, vamos aprendiendo con ellos, y vamos buscando de a poco bandas más “difíciles” hasta llegar al nivel de música que queríamos obtener.
1. THE RAMONES
Well, I explain a little above a certain part of the reason, and if you find the story interesting or striking, you can see it here, when I was about 17 years old, a friend, (great friend by the way) and I formed a band called Orion, each one had their instruments, I guitar and bass respectively, but we did not know how to play nor did we know anything about how to learn, so it just seemed logical to us to learn playing, so we looked for bands that have simple chords and easy solos, we looked for a simple genre and got the PUNK, a genre that we saw easy, and to complete it we got the easiest band of all (THE RAMONES), we thought, well songs with 3 chords, almost no solos and basic drums, we are learning with them, and we are looking little by little more "difficult" bands until we reach the level of music that we wanted to obtain.
Se nos hizo una idea razonable y empezamos a escuchar sus discos para ver sus temas y ver que tal iba el rollo de sus canciones no sabíamos casi de música así que no teníamos ni idea de géneros en concreto, cuando escuchamos los discos de THE RAMONES eso fue, una explosión para nosotros, fue increíble, es decir la banda era lo mejor que habíamos escuchado.
- ¿Qué clase de música es esta?
- ¿NO QUE LAS CANCIONES PARA SER BUENAS TIENEN QUE SER COMPLEJAS?
We got a reasonable idea and we started listening to their albums to see their songs and see how the roll of their songs was going, we hardly knew about music so we had no idea of specific genres, when we listened to THE RAMONES albums that It was, an explosion for us, it was incredible, that is to say, the band was the best we had heard.
- What kind of music is this?
- DOESN'T THE SONGS HAVE TO BE COMPLEX TO BE GOOD?
Era impresionante lo pegadizas que eran estas músicas, las letras tan simples pero a la vez que transmitan tanto sentimiento, es impresionante que “ i wanna be sedated” haga una posible alusión a estar “sedado” y la sensación que te transmite exactamente es todo lo contrario, disfrutar un buen rato y pasarla bien, tocar “SPIDERMAN” e imaginarte en tu cabeza mientras tocas al hombre araña saltando por los edificios con sus telarañas, escuchar “COMANDO” y lograr sentir en carne propia ser unos de los soldados que siguen esas reglas tan bizzaras y extrañas, ¿cómo era posible que algo tan básico sea tan bueno?
It was impressive how catchy these songs were, the lyrics so simple but at the same time they convey so much feeling, it is impressive that “i wanna be sedated” makes a possible allusion to being “sedated” and the feeling that it transmits is exactly everything. On the contrary, enjoy a good time and have a good time, play "SPIDERMAN" and imagine in your head while you touch the spider man jumping through the buildings with his cobwebs, listen to "COMMAND" and feel firsthand to be one of the soldiers who follow those So bizarre and strange rules, how could something so basic be so good?
-¿TODO EL PUNK ES ASI? ¿TRANSMITIR MUCHO CON MUY POCO?, era sorprenderte para nosotros en ese momento, buscamos mas bandas y encontramos THE MITSFITS, wow, no teníamos ni el nivel más básico de ingles y aun así entendíamos el aura tan oscura que quería transmitir la banda con cada una de sus canciones, buscamos otra banda y conseguimos THE SEX PISTOLS, pura rebeldía ¡muerte al sistema!
-IS ALL PUNK LIKE THAT? TRANSMITTING A LOT WITH VERY LITTLE? It was surprising for us at that time, we looked for more bands and we found THE MITSFITS, wow, we didn't even have the most basic level of English and yet we understood the dark aura that the band wanted to transmit with each one of their songs, we looked for another band and got THE SEX PISTOLS, pure rebellion, death to the system!
-¿EN ESPAÑOL TAMBIEN EXISTE PUNK ASI?, buscamos y conseguimos la banda FLEMA, sus canciones tan mal grabadas, tan bizzarras.. ¡Tan perfectas! , buscamos otra banda en español y conseguimos DOS MINUTOS ¡ya no sos igual, ya no sos igual, sos un militante de la federal!.
Para no alargarme más puesto que me inspire mucho al recordar a THE RAMONES, puedo decir que esa banda de 3 acordes, nos abrió a mi amigo y a mí la puerta a todo un mundo de música llena de ira y alegría, de odio y rencor tanto así que, desde esos días hasta los siguientes años que tocamos juntos, nuestra banda siempre fue de punk/rock. ¡HAIL PUNK!
- IS THERE PUNK ASI ALSO IN SPANISH? We looked for and got the band FLEMA, their songs so badly recorded, so bizarre ... ¡So perfect! , We looked for another band in Spanish and got TWO MINUTES ¡you are no longer the same, you are no longer the same, you are a member of the federal government!.
In order not to get longer since it inspires me a lot when remembering THE RAMONES, I can say that that 3-chord band, opened the door to my friend and me to a whole world of music full of anger and joy, of hatred and resentment so so from those days to the next few years that we played together, our band was always punk / rock. ¡HAIL PUNK!
2. PANDA.
Cuando era más pequeño tipo 12 o 13 años, yo sabía que la música popular, la música que sonaba en las emisoras de radio, no era la música que a mí me gustaba, no sé explicar la sensación pero era como que la escuchaba y no me generaba una sensación, osea no es que no me gustara, es que solo escuchaba música si alguien más la colocaba porque la verdad no me sentía atraído como tal, un día pasando los canales de televisión, me detengo en Mtv, ese canal lo conocía pero solo sabía que daban música pop y series para adolescentes yo seguía en la época de Cartoon Network y Nickelodeon jaja, y me detuve porque vi que estaban pasando un programa donde pasaban las canciones más pedidas, los 10 mas pedidos se llamaba el programa recuerdo, justo estaban pasando la canción de panda “narcisista por excelencia”, cuando escuche eso supe que el estilo de música en banda, (guitarras, baterías, bajos y teclados) era lo que me gustaba, mas pronto de lo que imaginan compre su cd para ti con desprecio, y al escuchar “cita en el quirófano” o “cuando no es como debería ser” todo el BOOM comenzó, si, entiendo, quien no ha escuchado en su vida clásicos del rock como hotel california o escalera al cielo.
PANDA.
When I was younger, 12 or 13 years old, I knew that popular music, the music that played on radio stations, was not the music that I liked, I don't know how to explain the feeling but it was like I listened to it and I didn't It generated a sensation in me, that is, it is not that I did not like it, it is that I only listened to music if someone else put it on because the truth was I was not attracted as such, one day passing the television channels, I stopped at Mtv, that channel knew him But I only knew that they gave pop music and series for adolescents, I was still in the Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon era haha, and I stopped because I saw that they were playing a program where the most requested songs were playing, the 10 most requested was called the I remember program, They were just playing the panda song "narcissistic par excellence", when I heard that I knew that the style of band music (guitars, drums, basses and keyboards) was what I liked, sooner than you imagine I bought your CD for you with contempt, already l hear "appointment in the operating room" or "when it is not as it should be" all the BOOM began, yes, I understand, who has not heard in his life rock classics like hotel california or stairway to heaven.
Pero ninguna de esas canciones había hecho ese “click” en mi como lo hizo esa canción, esa banda hizo que me gustara el rock, hizo que descubriera todo un mundo de canciones, no solo panda, My Chemical Romance, Allison, Fall Out Boys (Si, justo después de esto me volví medio emo jajaja), y bueno después que fui madurando a nivel musical fui recorriendo todo un abanico amplio de géneros musicales dentro del rock en general y sobretodo muchos subgéneros del heavy metal pero, siento que todo fue una transición orgánica y natural todo gracias a: PXNDX
But none of those songs had made that "click" on me like that song did, that band made me like rock, made me discover a whole world of songs, not just panda, My Chemical Romance, Allison, Fall Out Boys (Yes, right after this I became half emo hahaha), and well after I matured on a musical level I went through a wide range of musical genres within rock in general and especially many subgenres of heavy metal but, I feel that everything was an organic and natural transition all thanks to: PXNDX

3. LOS MENTAS
Como no mencionar a una de las mejores bandas de toda Venezuela, LOS MENTAS, siempre me ha parecido una lástima que muy poca gente conozca de ella, debo decir que cada canción es una experiencia que demuestra el gran calibre de músicos que conforman dicha banda y como cada uno aporta su toque único y original a cada unas canciones, ah y sin contar que con cada disco la banda va evolucionando de manera musical y por supuesto, en su puesta en escena.
3. LOS MENTAS.
Not to mention one of the best bands in all of Venezuela, LOS MENTAS, it has always seemed a shame that very few people know about it, I must say that each song is an experience that shows the great caliber of musicians that make up said band and as each one brings their unique and original touch to each song, ah and not to mention that with each album the band evolves in a musical way and of course, in its staging.
Tan solo su primer disco “taguaras forever” lo considero uno de los mejores discos de rockabilly que he escuchado, si alguno está interesado, escuchen “Cachifa de Haiti”, o “si tu te vas” “tu pan” o incluso mejor aún, si de verdad te gusta el rockabilly y quieres relajarte por unos minutos escucha “carretera”, aunque la verdad ninguna canción de esa banda tiene desperdicio.
Just his first album "taguaras forever" I consider it one of the best rockabilly albums I have heard, if anyone is interested, listen to "Cachifa de Haiti", or "si tu te vas" "tu pan" or even better yet, If you really like rockabilly and want to relax for a few minutes, listen to “highway”, although the truth is that no song by that band is wasted.
Lo se, ya parece campaña de marketing pagada por la banda jajaja, quizás puede ser solo el sentimiento que me genero la banda cuando coloque por primera vez hace muchos años su primer disco, pero, una vez que escuche “cachifa de haiti” no pude dejar de escucharlos y repetir una y otra vez sus canciones en mi reproductor.
I know, it already seems like a marketing campaign paid for by the band hahaha, maybe it could just be the feeling that the band generated for me when they first released their first album many years ago, but once I heard "cachifa de haiti" I couldn't stop listening to them and repeat their songs over and over on my player.
Bueno lo siento si la lectura se hizo un poco larga o extensa pero la verdad el tema de la música al nivel personal me apasiona demasiado y me es imposible resumir lo mucho que me entusiasma descubrir cosas nuevas. Excelente post te puedo decir que varia de las bandas me encantan... desde los 13 años estoy escuchando punk rock y bueno es mi estilo de vida 😀 te puedo contar mi primer hijo se llama Ricardo y le decimos riky por riky espinosa 😄 el segundo Kevyn Ramone ya te podrás imaginar , y el ultimo Yohey Envaristo, en homenaje a joey ramone y bueno Evaristo Páramos vocalista de La Polla Records...

Primero que nada, tener un sueño como el tuyo e ir por el a pesar de vivir en un pais como Venezuela, es algo que debe llenarte de orgullo, por esa parte, te felicito, con respecto a lo que comentas de The Ramones, ellos son la prueba de que no porque sea algo super complejo va a ser bueno, Hey Jude de The Beatles es una de las canciones mas faciles que hay de emular y es un himno hoy en dia, Bohemian Rapsody es una cancion super compleja y muy dificil de replicar, y tambien es un himno hoy, todo esta en el talento y dedicacion que le pones a lo que haces y eso es lo que hace hermosa a la musica. Reconozco que no tengo ni idea de quienes son Los Mentas pero tu post esta tan bien hecho que me dieron ganas de escucharlos, muchas gracias por participar y suerte en el concurso
