Es una banda cuyas raíces se remontan a la vieja escena callejera de los años 90, esto en las ciudades de Monterrey y Saltillo, tienen aproximadamente 15 años de actividad y está conformada por César Ramírez como vocalista, Checo González en el bajo, Víctor Serecero en la guitarra, Edd gómez en los sintetizadores y percusiones y Mike Serecero en la batería, son originarios de Saltillo Coahuila México, como casi todas las bandas iniciaron desde abajo solo a base de sueños donde hacían toques en bares de mala muerte pero su trabajo y empeño ha sido tal que hoy han tenido participaciones en festivales masivos como lo es el Force Fest donde han compartido escenarios con bandas de la talla del Sistema Of A Down y Stone Temple Pilots.

Bestia Maria tiene influencias norteamericanas de bandas como Turf y The Cure, por otro lado también los integrantes de esta banda revelan que con el pasar del tiempo se resisten a renunciar a sus raíces, a su sonido propio que emerge de sus salas de ensayo y de la nostalgia sonora que lo sedujo desde que eran adolescentes y acudían a los conciertos de bandas como Caifanes en la ciudad de México, cuentan con dos discos en 5 años de carrera, uno de ellos es el “Silencio de la Tierra” y el actual “Resonancia Mecánica” este vendría siendo el disco más experimental de la banda donde rompen con el viejo esquema de seguir siempre una misma línea de composición y se aventuran con sonidos nuevos componiendo la mayoría de sus temas a bases de Jams e improvisaciones, sonidos que solo pueden manifestarse sobre la marcha y bajo los efectos de alta dosis de cafeína y nicotina.
