There's a lot of people here that act on that belief. I'm just doing my part.
Seriously, newcomers can and should get help when they start. We know it and we help whenever we see somebody's serious enough and wants to participate.
Bandwidth or RC are a characteristic of the blockchain that is there to ensure there's enough HP invested so that the system would work smoothly. It's a problem for newcomers and delegations from people with enough resources who would like to see more users around here are the solution. We're not that many...yet.

...and go to the comments section. It's the weekly post where a lot of engagement actually happens. A weekly topic with various active people joining the conversation. Like a radio show. One can find lots of interesting people to follow there. And some of the most active Hive members in general.
