@actaylor just finished a 20.58km rockclimbing, that lasted for 378 minutes.
This rockclimbing helped actaylor burn 1852.2 calories.

Description from Strava: What a day. 🏔️ Hair-raising at the best of times. Many moments where the thought “ah, all it takes is one misstep…!” crossed my mind. But trumped by feelings of complete and utter awe. Notable highlights include the Douglas Gap, Little Tower, Eastern Traverse, the Great Tower and the Tower Gap. (Which is essentially the whole of Tower Ridge.) Am reeling. So impressed with what we were able to achieve today. 🙌🏼✨ Couldn’t ask for a better partner. Funs, a wizard on the rocks, coached me through the toughest bits with the kindest encouragement. Felt absolutely safe with him by my side, which is all you can ask for really. X Ben Nevis done!!

Wow those images are amazing. Well done on the climb as well !LUV

Thanks @run.vince.run 💫💫💫

dude that looks amazing! This is something I never thought to try but since I live somewhere that there are no mountains and barely any hills, it isn't really an option. That looks like not just great exercise but also a lot of fun. I'm jealous!

[very late reply but] Thanks @normie.fitness - it was indeed absolutely incredible. Definitely not for the faint hearted, however, haha. There were plenty of times when I felt vertigo and clung quiiiite firmly to the rocks... We were pretty lucky with the weather - and fortunately my partner had climbed the route before so he knew what to expect. But, yeah. Preparation is essential!
