I ran 256 km collectively in March.

On 1st March, I carried out "solo full marathon", in stead of Tamba-Sasayama Marathon, which was cancelled because of spreading of the novel coronavirus. I ran 42.2 km alone in 3:01'01". Regretfully, I failed to achieve Sub 3h by a hair because of my left knee pain caused by iliotibial band inflammation.

After the solo full marathon, I was not able to do workout enough for a while because of the iliotibial band inflammation. So I increased the amount of workout little by little. As the result, I have recovered from the iliotibial band inflammation and got able to run enough distance at the month-end.

In March, the novel coronavirus have spread all over the world. Many runners have been prevented from going out for their workout, because many cities have been locked down. I wish the day will come soon when our world overcome the virus and all runners are allowed to run outdoor freely.


Full Marathon : 2:58'09" ( The 28th Ako-Gishi Marathon, 1st December 2019 )
Half Marathon : 1:18'40" ( 2020 UNICEF CUP KOBE VALENTINE LOVE RUN, 9th February 2020 )

Thanks!! I started running in earnest when I changed my career to have enough time for myself 4 years ago.

Nothing can stop a consistent Runner.
