I just finished a 12.379km running that lasted about 0hh:51mm:37ss !

Yesterday the rain prevented me from running, so I should run today.
昨日は雨で走れなかったので、今日は走らないといけません。

But I found a mild pain in the upside of the arch of my right foot when I was on my way to work this morning. I don't know the cause. After work I wondered whether to run or not, because I still felt the pain when I walked. But I decided to try running short distance.
ところが、今朝、通勤中に、右足の土踏まずの上辺りに軽い痛みがあるのに気づきました。原因は不明です。仕事の後もまだ、歩くときに痛みがあったので、走るべきかどうか迷いましたが、短い距離を走ってみることにしました。

Fortunately, I didn't feel a pain during running. The pace was not so good considering the short distance, that's OK today.
幸い、走っているときは痛みを感じませんでした。距離が短いわりにペースはあまりよくありませんでしたが、今日はこれでかまいません。

After running, I found the pain again when I walked. However, it is OK for me that I don't feel the pain when running, even if I feel the pain when walking.
ランニングの後、歩くとまた痛みを感じました。しかし、歩くときに痛みがあっても、走るときに痛みがなければ、僕としてはOKです。
