I just finished a 33.607km running that lasted about 2hh:22mm:24ss !

Today I'm off. I went out for running in the morning. Of course, I still wear a mask during running.
今日は休みなので朝からランニングをしました。もちろん、まだマスクをして走ります。

The weekend before last and last weekend, I was not able to run 30 km. So today I decided to run more than 30 km by any means.
先々週末も先週末も30km走ることができなかったので、今日は何が何でも30km以上走ることに決めていました。

I took some breaks for a drink of water and I managed to complete 33 km running. I was able to run more than 30 km for the first time in 3 weeks. I'm extremely exausted, but very satisfied.
水分摂取のための休憩を何回かとりながら、なんとか33km走り切ることができました。3週間ぶりに30km以上を走ることができました。極度に疲れていますが、とても満足です。
