Today I went out for running after work. With a mask, as usual.

Although the wind was strong, I was able to increase the pace enough during following the wind and keep the pace as well as possible during running against the wind.
風が強かったのですが、追い風のときに十分ペースを上げ、向かい風のときにできる限りペースを維持することができました。
The average pace was satisfactory, although it was not below 4'10"/km.
平均ペースはキロ4分10秒を切ることはできませんでしたが、満足できる数字でした。
