HIIT: Max Cardio Conditioning + Weights

I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 0hh:35mm:11.0ss !

Hi guys, I just completed 35 minutes of HIIT called Plyometric Cardio Circuit at home plus weights. I followed the workout video by celebrity trainer Shaun T. entitled "Insanity". This is the type of workout I do when I am not running.

This type of workout not only build muscle strength for my running but also for my Judo as well. Tomorrow I will do a different a workout again most probably cardio or stretching. Cheers!!!
