Description from Strava:
I checked the weather before I got up. Yesterday was pretty wet and a bit windy, but today was looking better. It was just a bit cooler, so I opted for long sleeves.
At this time of year it can be a bit dark when I set out, but it will be light by the time I get back. I set off thinking of doing my loop around Fairfield, but as I went along I decided to do my hill intervals instead. That is more intense, but I know it does me good. I did five sprints that felt fairly good and the times are getting close to what I want to achieve. I think that as I did my initial run up the road at a good pace that my overall average is better than I usually do for this workout.
It did feel quite cool out there, but it is fine for me in shorts. I like this time of year as I do not get overheated. There are a lot of fallen leaves, but they cause me no issues for now.
I noticed the bike that seemed to be abandoned. We get frequent reports of people finding them and I hope some get back to their owners.
Have a great weekend and run free!

It's finally starting to get quite cold here. Temps down close to freezing in the morning. I have a feeling we won't be doing too much walking outside after this coming weekend.
It's not down to freezing here yet. Forecast is not too bad for the next week or so. I just like a bit of sun for some solar power :)
I can totally understand that!
Bikes get stolen and abandoned around... Have a good weekend you too!
Great job @steevc A 6km run with hill intervals is no joke those sprints really push endurance and strength. I like how you adjust your routine depending on the weather too that is smart training. The cool season is perfect for runs like this not too hot and not too slippery yet with the fallen leaves Keep up the great work and enjoy every stride
Cheers. I do actually enjoy it. We need to feel alive.
Exactly it is 👌
