Description from Strava:
I have had no issues with the toe I dropped a paving slab on at the weekend so I was back out running today. I took a chance and just went with t-shirt and shorts as my long sleeve top was in the wash. I need to get another so may order one from the parkrun shop to mark one of my milestones.

It was quite mild out there so I was fine. I did a steady jog around a regular route up the hill and around Fairfield (clockwise this time). I am still not at the sort of pace I really want, but I will take anything under 6min/km. I was not going to push too hard as my legs were still feeling my longer Sunday run.

When I got back down the hill I had to wait a while to cross the High Street. It is not normally very busy, but there was a steady stream of cars just then. We do not have many places with traffic lights to make them stop.

I stretched out the run a little to keep my distance up. I think I just saw a couple of ladies out running plus the dog walkers.

The sun has been out since then so our solar panels are working well. We are getting into the time when we generate more than we import.

Run free and enjoy your day.

We had a beautiful day yesterday, but I was stuck in the office all day. It was quite the bummer. I would have rather been outside.

I was mostly inside, but it looked nice. It's still cool if you are in the shade and as soon as the sun goes down. There was rain on the forecast, but it's not arrived yet.

lights to stop cars are very common in the city here, however not really outside in the peripherals

This is just a village, so not much of that.

Mi humilde opinión 6 min por km es un excelente ritmo , además estás mejorando del accidente de la losa🙂
