The @strava2hive app does a good job of posting your activity along with the pics and stories. I only run when chased but can see it as a great front end for runners.
Your feet cooling off after 8.5 reminds me of standing in this river a few days ago after a walk in Banff. Cold glacier river sure felt nice.
