The Covid 19 lockdowns were economically shattering
Outside there was the disease and the authorities wanted everyone to stay indoors.
As a result people had to embrace domestic confinement.
While the world came to a virtual standstill people had to resort to work from home.
This was the case if you had a job
Not all jobs can be done from home
Some jobs can be done remotely but what about the jobs which are more hands on and need you to visit the location.
A lot of gig workers fall in this category.
The gig economy took a hit and a lot of people suffered because of this.
This meme is a tribute to the casual worker and the gig economy.
May the hard times never happen again.
