What is happening folks, in this one I will sharing some of my latest scooter drama, well not really the latest the problem is the latest but it's been a while since it happend, so lets get into the scoop...
a few weeks ago we had our first snow fall I went to work on my scooter as usual ain't no bigge.
I went to get some breakfast then I continued the journey when I notice the scooter was making some strange noises and not acting right I stopped for a momments had a looks everything seems fine , I keep going and it's getting worse, I stop again and have a look and what do ya know I got a flat on the back tire, how dandy.
Well still half way to go to get to work, so I continue slowly making my way to work a hassle to ride with the flat but double, I am of course tired and upset at that point. I did get a friend to give me a ride after work since I did not want to go all the way back on the flat.
Well I got home order a tire... and got the wrong side order the right one they sent the wrong one so give em the fake news it never showed send me a next.
The next shows up the right size this time, well it's a struggle I was able to get the old one off and one side of the new one on the rim after a lot of struggle but had to call a friend to help give me a hand still was a struggle but we managed to get it on but there was some strange noise and now the tire is not filling up, my hope is that I just need a solid pump not a dinky hand pump I was using, something more aggressive that may help to lock the thread we may have gotten it a bit loose but I think it should still be fine. and once I can inflate it and let it rest for a while it should maintain the new form and then hopefully I can deflate take out the valve and put it some goop that helps you avoid flats, I did have it inside but it did not help this time around, maybe it is not meant for that kind of temp and I already had a flat it sealed and when I started to ride in the cold it fell apart.
I will have to give it a go with the nice pump and pray all that effort was not for nothing.

Sorry man. That sucks about the tire. I didn't even think about the cold. That would make sense why you heard a weird noise and the tire went flat. If it cracked apart, you probably heard it rattling around in the tub le but couldn't see anything.

This kind of reminded me of the days of my mountain bike commute to and from my work place. I went through plenty of tubes and tires over the years. Even a brand new inner tube goes flat a few days after I put on the new one. At least it lasted a few days, nowadays it's less.
