In this video is step by step tutorial on how to make one.
Additional tips:when mixing your pepper, make sure to use just little scotch bonnet because it's a hot pepper and use more cayenne pepper, cayenne pepper isn't hot and will give you the reddish color signature of a Nigerian Jollof rice.

Nice video! I think one thing I love about the Nigerian jollof rice is how you can prepare it with the ingredients you have, and it still would turn out nice! Yeah the day I tried adding my seasoning first before pepper or the likes, the aroma I got was heavenly and I've been doing that since then.
