Don't get yourself worked up with too many things; enjoy the simple things you love to do.
The world has defined happiness in such a way that people get themselves worked up to meet those standards. Happiness most often is not derived from doing great things, it could be in the little things you do. A poor man who cultivates flowers in a small garden could be happier than one with great possessions. Happiness could be in the simple things we do that we have neglected in the pursuit to meet societal expectations. Enjoy the simple things you love to do, such as planting ornaments, riding a bicycle, going for a workout, keeping animals, teaching children, giving a helping hand, etc. As long as we love to do it, enjoy those moments more often.
There are more than 10 trillion people in the world, each person has their definition of happiness and each definition is peculiar to them. Why then should one neglect those simple things that mean a lot to them to meet up a standard that's crafted by some individuals who perceive happiness in a certain way. Do not be anxious about so many things, the goal is to be happy and if you enjoy those simple things , do them.
Personally I love to listen to music and I love to create/build things. I may not really make money from any of them but I enjoy doing it. There's this inner calmness that comes from doing those little things. Sometimes it's not how busy you are that counts, doing what makes us happy may be everything we ever desired. The advice is to enjoy the little things
