I don’t know why people keep stuffs in their heart for this long just for people that are neither not worth it or over people for just a small misconception, they never addressed to them at all. Always I have this say that, you are your only power around and as human our secrets are our power, but in a situation where you expect people to perform certain things for you then, you don’t man up to let them know, they would never be able to read your mind.
Not every soul that you see around have the power of magic to read your thoughts and act accordingly, so when it is time for you to let them know their fault, I am pleading with you to let them know. It would never be seen as a demand or an imposed something on them. But for the efficiency and transparency of your job to help other who may also need that help which was offered to them.
I can’t speak for every country in the world but I can tell or speak for mine since I know how the system runs around here. Not everything you see around here about people were genuinely achieved without them committing themselves to certain terms and conditions which do not seem to be what the world knows as bribe. Our system around has made it so tight that before one could enjoy what is due him, he has to still commit himself with something, so else he losses that.
Personally, I hate that act and wants to be the change around, but to the few that people go all length and breadth help, they are to note that when they show appreciation (it is always with money) it gives them the benefit to be able to ask for such favours from them again. When you seize to not show appreciation at all then you consider yourself of losing what every links they need. But the system has created it and the only thing I think brings gaps are the middle men who tries to help others fails to let them know the real deal to what they are doing for them.
They usually think the very people they are trying to help are to know all these by themselves. So these middle men do find it difficult to maintain their links due to them not being able to give them what they were promised after. These middle men then go about expressing how they regretted helping people who never cherished their help. It would be of great stands if they let the very people they are helping know all the terms to the help they offer to them so they could also be able to help others when they need it most.
