WHAT IS EFFICIENCY
Mrs. Efficiency is a happily married woman.
She is a no nonsense woman married for life to Mr. Productivity, her successful and wealthy husband, a lavish sugar daddy that has no side chicks. He is all about doing all he needs to do and doing them well because he has the right woman behind him and also by his side.
Like the saying goes: Behind and beside every successful Productivity you will find Efficiency.
I can tell you they are happily married with five children: Mr. Time, Miss Emotional Intelligence, Mr. Resources, Mr. Effort & Decision Making, and the last born of the house Miss Technology.
Mr. Productivity is a very private man, you cannot have access to him without going through his wife and before you get to her, you will have to interact and convince her children you are worth your salt.
Today, we will be learning how to become a family friend so that when you get to their house, you simply call out that "Mama, it's me o," You will open the door, go in, enter the kitchen, drink water and eat, play with the children, talk to the wife, and even the husband will be very happy to come out and discuss business with you.
That would be a blast wouldn't it?
Now that you have been introduced to the family, let's dive deeper to understanding each person and what they represent, what their values are, their do's and don't, their secrets and how you can easily befriend everybody and not break a sweat.
Note that, it is usually easier said than done, you will have to put in the work to create long lasting and profitable relationship with everybody.
EFFICIENCY is the ability to perform tasks in the easiest and quickest way possible without cutting back on quality of deliverables, without wasting time, energy, money, or making use of excessive resources.
It is the ability to achieve goals with cutting edge accuracy in the use of all available resources making sure that all processes are fully optimize, automated and nothing is wasted.
The emphasis is placed on accuracy and making smart decisions, on speed and achieving more with less.
This is the reason why Mrs. Efficiency is known for cooking the best tasting and nose blinding meals of all time, while minimizing the use of spices, gas, oil and even the foodstuff. She achieves this by making sure she procures everything she needs before time, all foodstuffs are processed and prepared ready to be used at the exact time it is needed and she always finish cooking every meal in record time.
To Mrs. Efficiency, Quality is much more important and no matter the available resources, she doesn't tamper with quality delivered. It is not just about doing a lot of things at the same time thinking you will be able to see Mr. Productivity, it is by maintaining an optimize balancing technical stance where you will achieve maximum quality output with a minimal use of all other available resources.
