Hoy estuve haciendo un entrenamiento de montaña en la modalidad XCO, entrené con mis amigos @victorg30 @kevin-e3119 lo que hizo el camino más llevadero y divertido. El entrenamiento fue en un circuito con subidas bastante pronunciadas y descensos técnicos con curvas bastantes cerradas y saltos que requerían agilidad
Today I was doing some mountain training in XCO mode, I trained with my friends @victorg30 @kevin-e3119 which made the ride more bearable and fun.The training was on a circuit with fairly steep climbs and technical descents with fairly tight turns and jumps that required agility.
Esta sesión de entrenamiento duró dos horas, empezamos a entrenar a las 8:30 de la mañana por lo que cuando nos quedaba una hora de entrenamiento el sol era muy fuerte debido a la hora del día lo que añadía dificultad al entrenamiento.
This training session lasted two hours, we started training at 8:30 in the morning so when we had one hour of training left the sun was very strong due to the time of the day which added difficulty to the training.

A 2 hour training is quite tough especially when the temperatures rise.
It looks like a cool trail with those wooden ramps. I had to look up what XCO is, but I found out it's Cross Country Olympics.
There might be more cyclist on Hive that do XCO. @mrprofessor didn't you also compete in these type of races?
I'm a road cyclist myself, but I think XCO is a very spectacular sport to watch.

Yoooup, I do XCO and a bit of XCM (marathon). That trail looks freaking fun
Cross Country and all forms of mountain biking are a lot of fun, I think the best thing about the trails are the views and the satisfaction at the end of a ride.
Cross Country is a lot of fun and personally it is my favorite modality, but I have already tried road and track cycling and I think they all have their magic and charm.

Wow this is definitely gonna be fun especially with your friends, I didn't learn all this aspect and don't even know how I'll fair when climbing with the bike.
