Who Is The Wealthiest | A Tale Of Two Wealth

in DCooperation3 years ago

When We talk about wealth what comes to most km minds is riches. Possession of money and accumulation of assets. Is that all that wealth is connected l concerned with. No way.

I wouldn't blame anybody that has such mindset because I myself had such mindset for a very long time, until I got to realize there are several types of wealth.

There are actually four major types of wealth
∆ Time wealth
∆ Financial wealth
∆ Social wealth
∆ Health wealth.

I'm not actually here to give A lecture on this. Ater making research on this, It got me curious and had me wondering which is the greatest or most important of all wealth.

If I were to analyze all the types of wealth, a single post wouldn't be enough for that. Today I'm going to take social wealth and financial wealth as my case study.

Being A Storyteller, I might as well use a story to compare the both of them.

A Tale Of Two Friends

Fincent and Socrates were two childhood friends. They were actually born on the same day. They grew up together and they did everything together. When they were 18 years old they got separated because Socrates moved out of the country with his parents.

    LIFE OF SOCRATES

Socrates was enrolled into a new school, there he met a couple of new friends. Considering the fact that he was in A new country seeing new things, he wanted to explore. He wanted to know more about the country and it's culture. For this to be possible, he needed friends, He needed people to show him around and take him to places worth seeing. This led him to making so many friends from different walks of life. His friendliness made him kind of popular and people were ever ready to take him on a tour because he was so jovial and could easily put a smile on a sad face.
With time He got a job, but he wasn't really interested in accumulating riches. He was more interested in exploring life, and seeking the answers to certain mysteries of life. Most times he spent his income on tours, visiting and assisting the less privileged around the country. At the age of 30, he has traveled to several countries in the world, and in every country he visited he had a friend that he could boldly rely on.

     LIFE OF FINCENT

All his life, Socrates has been his only friend. The departure of Socrates really affected him. He found it difficult to associate with people, he was more of an antisocial being. Considering his poor family background, he dedicated his life to working and making life better for his parents. He ventured into any type of business he could lay his hand on. Being an undergraduate, there wasn't any professional job he could get. Therefore he did more of menial jobs with the hope to establish a business of his own when the time is right.

This lifestyle didn't give him time for friendship, socializing and stuff like that. Actually he believed more in having business partners. The only time he speaks with people is when there is a business on on ground.

He kept this up for several years and slowly he finally got enough Money to establish a business of his own. Years passed buy and he could boldly say that he was not poor anymore. He established a textile manufacturing company and this made him quite wealthy financially. He changed the life of his parents and made them live a better life.

    REALITY OF LIFE

After several years, Socrates finally returned to the country, they had a great reunion. Fincent was so happy to see his childhood friend. In an attempt to Tie him down and never let him leave again, Fincent offered him a proposal to partner with him in his textile business, Socrates Had no option but to accept the offer. They became business partners and they were very successful and pretty rich too. Funny enough, Fincent never believed in keeping money in the bank, rather he created a vault in his company where he stored all his money. Socrates took him as a brother, so he let him store his money in his vault too.

On A Saturday morning the city woke up to a terrible news of an earthquake on the northern part of the city. Sadly that was were the textile company was located. The whole building was swallowed by the earthquake. It was terrible.

His life was over, his lifetime sweat, his lifetime earnings, everything was lost. Fincent felt like the world was over.

"The earthquake should finish what it started and take my life too"

Socrates tried to console him,

"It's not the end of the world, those are just Material Things."

In an attempt to make him feel better, Socrates made some calls to his friends across the world told them of the terrible incident. In no time several people sent their condolence across with certain amount of money. Socrates through his friends across the world raised money more than enough to establish a new and bigger company.

What Ya say? Personally I wouldn't say that any is better than the other, but I I'll say all are important. While acquiring financial wealth, you should acquire some social wealth too

With the above story I believe I've been able to explain what wealth means to me... Why We Need To Be Wealthy... And How To Be Wealthy

"Truly, I know having good health and money is the #Wealth”. But if it’s not coming now. The little chance we have got from worried free moment helps us feel better about how reasoning and ourselves."

Life shouldn't be centered in accumulating riches, this is where the #Time_wealth comes in because it entails freedom to go anywhere you like and do anything you like [Perhaps relax]
