Losing some “friends” is indeed sad, but if those friends were only connected with you for their own interests, then it’s better not to keep them.
Making new friends, however, is truly a joyful experience, and I sincerely wish you meet many genuine new friends.
Because of the language barrier (I mainly speak Chinese), I don’t have many friends on Hive. But recently, with the help of translation tools, I’ve been trying to read some English posts and learn more about others. Through this, I’ve made many new friends and discovered just how wonderful and exciting the world can be.
Regarding abuse on Hive, I also believe it will never completely disappear. As long as there is profit to be made, some people will always try to exploit the system.
But don’t try to solve everything all at once — this is a long-term battle. So take a break when you need to, and don’t exhaust yourself.
