𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑼𝒏𝒖𝒔𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝑴𝒊𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉

You won't believe what happened to me yesterday. I should have shared this ordeal yesterday but I was so busy that I forgot to hit the publish button.

I had a very long but funny day. At about 5:30am , my alarm buzzed and I knew it was delivery o' clock.

My dispatch rider was very sick, so I had no other choice but to deliver the outfit myself.

I usually deliver my client's order over the weekend. I'm someone who loves to take my time when doing something but one of them reached out to me that, she wanted to use the dress for a function in the next two hours.

Considering how far my place was to hers, I quickly dressed up and left the house without looking at the mirror.

Thankfully I wasn't caught up in traffic. I was forty-five minutes early and my clients was so excited.

After the fittings, I left for my next location, until I was done delivering everything.

I booked a ride on my way home. As I stole a glance from the rear mirror i found out that I wore two different earrings.

My tummy almost exploded with laughter. The driver was kind of confused as to my sudden laughter but I didn't mind anyway.

I imagined how many people must have seen me like that, wondering if it was a trend, new style or I was losing my mind. "Was I losing my mind? " I ran a quick scan and here's what I found.

I realized I've been too busy lately and been so hard on myself. Little me-time, little or no Pampering and all. So I took a deep breath and decided to give myself a little treat.

I ordered for some parfait, but it took forever to be delivered. So I went back to cutting the remaining fabrics I had on ground while listening to some good tunes.

Maybe it's time to realign my purpose. I've decided to create one day out for self care, and solo dates.

Maybe one Friday every month will be to unwind and enjoy the moment. I'm trying so hard to incorporate it into my schedule so it doesn't affect other things.

The outfit I cut is a very simple project.

This is gonna be a simple baggy pants to be delivered next weekend. After cutting, I arranged my space in anticipation of my next design.

It's been so hectic. One thing I'm starting to be glad for, is how I'm trying so hard to show up for my business, my passion and my goals even when I could have chosen comfort but it's time to find balance.

Maybe later today, I'll go see a movie with some friends.. If it doesn't work out. I'll just do Netflix and chill with myself and I, munching on some cookies.
