Yesterday, our training day turned into Halloween Night, celebrating the eve of this tradition that is celebrated in many parts of the world tonight. Our Vida coaches transformed the routine into fun games with treats or tricks, where the winners received prizes, and the losers had to do penance, which always consisted of some exercise that we didn't like, hahaha.
It was really a very fun evening, with decorations alluding to the date and even a contest for the best costume. Not all of us were dressed up, but if we weren't, our outfit had to be black. To add a more traditional touch, without planning it, just a few minutes before we started, the power went out, something very common in my country, but that didn't stop the moment.
Battery-powered lamps and lanterns were set up, and the place became even more attractive. We spent several hours entertaining ourselves playing charades about horror movies, Disney witches, Halloween symbols, and other topics related to this celebration.
Not everyone attended; in fact, less than half of the training group was there, but even so, the small group that formed had a lot of fun sharing, and between laughter and games, the hours literally flew by.
The winning costume was by our little bee @rosam10, who showed off her creativity with recycled materials. The character was the invisible man, and with a box, old clothes, a hat, glasses, and other materials, she built her costume, which was the highlight of the night.
Of course, she only posed for photos because wearing that all night would have been unbearably hot, ha ha ha, and she needed to be free to play.
We ended the night with photos, surprise gifts, jokes, anecdotes, and laughter. It was a healthy way to enjoy this tradition that may not be ours, but that our Latin countries have adopted, giving it their own fun twists.

Ayer nuestro día de entrenamiento se convirtió en Noche de Halloween celebrando la víspera de esta tradición que se festeja en muchas partes del mundo la noche de hoy. Nuestras coaches de Vida transformaron la rutina en juegos divertidos con dulces o trucos, en donde los ganadores recibíamos premios, y los perdedores tenían penitencia, y siempre consistían en algún ejercicio funcional que no era de nuestro agrado, jajajaja.
Realmente fue una velada muy divertida, con decoración alusiva a la fecha y hasta concurso al mejor disfraz. No todos fuimos disfrazados, pero el atuendo debía ser negro en caso de no disfrazarnos. Para dar el toque más tradicional, sin proponernos ese tip, justo unos minutos antes de iniciar, se fue la luz, algo muy común en mi país, pero que no detuvo el momento.
Se colocaron lámparas de baterías, y faroles, y hasta quedó más atractivo el lugar. Estuvimos varias horas entretenidos jugando charadas de películas de terror, brujas de Disney, símbolos de Halloween, y otros temas más relacionados con esta celebración.
No fueron todos, de hecho, asistió menos de la mitad del grupo de entrenamiento, pero aun así, el pequeño grupo que se formó le dio mucha alegría al compartir, y entre risas y juegos las horas literalmente volaron.
El disfraz ganador fue de nuestra abejita @rosam10, y se puso de manifiesto la creatividad con materiales de desecho. El personaje era el hombre invisible, y con una caja, ropa vieja, un sombrero, unos lentes y otros materiales, ella construyó su disfraz que fue la atracción de la noche.
Por supuesto, sólo posó para las fotos porque llevar aquello toda la noche encima era para morir de calor, jajaja, y necesitaba estar libre para jugar.
Cerramos la noche con fotos, regalitos sorpresas, chistes, anécdotas, y risas. Fue una manera sana de disfrutar esta tradición que quizás no es nuestra, pero que nuestros países latinos han adoptado dándole sus matices divertidos.
