A Day in My Life As A Person Who Wants to Thrive to be Physically Fit: Part 2

A while ago, me and Kharolean decided to have our 3rd Run this month (March). Because we aim to be physically fit at all times. To make our cardio at stable and good. Jogging and walking made us happy every time we do that kind of exercises. It made us feel comfortable and confident. So now, let's talk about what happened during our walk and jog a while ago.

Our starting point is of course, in our street. We first do some warm up so that our body wont be shock during our jog and walk. Our body needs to be alert all the time so that we would not collapse or anything bad happens to us. The moment you enter this kind of works, you need to be consistent all the time and should be kind to your body. It could make you to your dream goal, to be fit, and to maintain your cardio all the time.

After that, when we achieved at the middle of our destination goal, Kharolean took me a photo because I was sitting alone because I let my legs rest at a time.

My legs really hurt at that time. It feels like I cant walk at a given time and Kharolean burst laugh at me when I told her that I won't continue this walk.

When we arrived at our destination point, it was surreal. We then took some photos because it is indeed a precious moments that we will remember.

Look at the view, it's full of green's as you can see. Watching the nature feels like heaven. It feels like you're watching a movie that you can only see by yourself.

After that, we then cool off our bodies to make sure it wont collapse or anything.

Then, we then walk back home. I feel hopeless. My thighs tightened and I felt like I could not walk anymore. But Kharolean was there, she gives me hope to not surrender because this achievement is very rare and by the way, this is our new achievement. As you can read my previous blog, It says that we achieved more that 15,000 steps but now, it looks like we achieved more that 20,000 steps back and forth.

When we're walking down the aisle, we saw this river. It gives me peace. We tightened our eyes at the river because it's calming and plus, there's also a sunset. I will show you.

That's the view when watching the river. It's very precious and wonderful to see. I will surely comeback here if there's some time. The sunset lightened my face and gives me hope that no matter what happens, there is hope will outshine me.

It's already 6 in the evening. And we were surprised. It only takes 1 hour and 25 minutes to walk in such 10 kilometers of walk. I am so proud of my buddy, Kharolean.

You can see the details there. And I like how we consume that time even though it lasted for 10kilometers. We will surely do it again sometime.
