No-so-expected-Hiking

in Daily Blog2 days ago

Hello World! Life is all about travelling. From being a liquid to a grown up human being, and then, turning into sand. What a weird start. But I am going to keep it; maybe the upcoming poets take it serious. Haha, enough of lame jokes.

Back in Time

Before I come to present, there is always something from back in time which connects really good with my present. Being a selective extrovert and mostly introvert, I stay loyal to things I do. During my degree years, just two-years back, I used to provide services on Bykea (online bike taxi). Although, my parent used to send a good sum, but you know cravings of youth never ends. But first listen to this luxurious demand of mine: I want to eat whatever and whenever I want. Yeah this is my wildest dream of being rich, and of course, those who know me - Audi A6 is a must. That is all for my success at present. Maybe, in future, I will have more to fit well with this capitalist society.

To the present

So, I came to Islamabad - capital of Pakistan - once again. As I was back at home, spending some peaceful vacations. Acting as a teacher for the time being. I really did enjoy it a lot, but it is hard to stick to the same syllabus over and over again. During this period, I learnt to drive a car. Great achievement, isn't it? Now, I can go lots of places to eat without worrying too much about the taxi fare.

This new skill also promoted me in rank, now I am a "captain." Captain is the term the company use for Indrive (online car taxi) riders. While I was in Taxilla, the city famous for civilisation; I took a ride. And we were supposed to go to a park. But, it was closed because of maintenance. So, the fmaily requested me to drive them to a nearby "Dargah." (Sufi's Shrine)

At first, I hesitated because they wanted me to stay there for the time being. As the place was bit away from the land of advancement, there were some signal issues. But, when they offered me good capital, I said: captain at your service sir. Oh the lust of money.

Now when we reached there. I asked them, if I can join them as well. Like what was I going to do without signals. They agreed. But, there was a problem. It was Friday, and I was wearing "Shalwar Kameez" and open shoes. Still, I went for the hiking.

To the Peak

The track was not that difficult. And being a sportsman, this is the kind of activity I love the most.

For the most part, it was surrounded by greenery. The best thing about it? Well, there was this cold breeze piercing through every portion of body. Basically, it was double fun.

On my way through, I found my lost wand. Now is the time to apply for: Hogwarts School. Someone save Harry Potter from me.

I know it needs some better finishing, but the curvy nature makes it naturally good. Confuse the enemy appraoch.

As we moved forward, the temperature and scenery started to shift, and it became way more beautiful. And here is a click, I call it: pathway to heaven.

There is a reason behind this saying. Personally, I love green land more. It does not mean, I do not like advance cities; but if I had to choose, I will surely want heaven to look this way.

With everything, how can I forget to capture - the mighty sun? The world may love the moon the most. But, we cannot deny sun's services. Because, without the sun, the moon cannot shine. Too many "the" in a single shot. Dah!

Well, I sneezed watching the picture. It is still bright, I just reduced the brightness to capture the blazing sun.

Now look at this pathway. If you look closely, there are two paths. One where I am standing; the other to the left side. A stranger adviced us to take this shortcut. The family did not, I being an insanely sane did. And guess what, they reached the site way before me. The kind of shortcuts my fate brings in my life :)

Anyways the peak is here:

So this is the "Dargah." The legend about this Peer (Saint) is that he has drank Aab-e-Hayat (Elixir of life), and he is still alive. So that is why they call him, the "Zinda Peer. (Living Saint)"

Translation: Way to the Shrine (Dargah Sharif) of Hazrat Syed Jamalullah Qadri Gilani, known as Hazrat Syed Ji Hayat, the Living Saint (Zinda Peer) Gilani Shah.

This takes us to the myths and beleifs revolving around Sufi Shrines. People burn "Dias (oil lamps)" and make "Mannats(vow)."
For information: Mannat is a vow or solemn wish made to God, usually with a promise to do something if the wish is fulfilled. And the Sufi acts as a mediator. Personally, I do not believe in this stuff, if you do, you are free to do so.

On Way Back

After spending some time at the shrine, it was finally time to head back down, especially before the sun settles down. The journey back was easy, but it was not fun. Because, I had already scene the peak. So that excitement had faded a bit, but still, on my way back. I found an abandoned building. The fun part is: it was there from the start. I was too blind to see it.

I do not know, if abandoned is the right word here. Like, by the look of it, it was clearly crushed by a giant rock. I wanted to go inside, but I had my duties to fulfill. The family was waiting for me, so I just postponed my inspections. But surely, one day, I will be going back to this place. But this time, I will be in better gears. It was a day spent well.

And now Hogwart is calling for me.

Well I didn't thought that infinix note 50 can take that beautiful photos. But still it's not blurry as you think, I enjoy it reading your personal blog. Keep writing.

Infinix is actually good. The pictures became more blurry because my lazy axs just did not want to convert jpg to document :)

And thank you 🙌🏼. Have a beautiful day!

😂, when Infinix 10 pro was launched in 2022, I directly bought it. I was the biggest fan of note and hot series due to UI and graphics but in terms of camera, I was not satisfied. But after seeing your photos, I am thinking to shift at 50 pro bcz I am not fan of iPhone. Have a nice day brother:)

For the iPhone part us moment bro. I never had an iPhone in my life. And I doubt, I will ever be purchasing it. Personally, I do not feel like changing phone much. As long as it is working, I am okay with it.

Yep, my cousin & Mamu bought it but they can't do things what we can on Android 😂🤣 & I say them - isko dekhanay Kai Liya buy kia hai😂, & brother that's another story on iphone.

Sending you Ecency curation votes.😉

Thank you forr the support! Havve a good day!
