One of the main goals of this year was to prioritize my health, and among them is not to abandon my ophthalmological consultations or neglect the change of my glasses, I have myopia with astigmatism, things that aggravated by the neglect of not using my glasses correctly, fear that grew in my consultation last year although I had used the lenses correctly did not have the necessary filters to take care of my sight because of it after a year my formula increased a lot, that is, my sight had become much more difficult. So this year I had to go again, I already had the filters I needed to take care of my eyesight, and it was time to see how the progress was.

Una de las principales metas de este año fue priorizar mi salud, y entre ellas está no abandonar mis consultas oftalmológicas ni descuidar el cambio de mis lentes, tengo miopía con astigmatismo, cosas que agravó por el descuido de no usar correctamente mis lentes, miedo que creció en mi consulta del año pasado aunque había usado los lentes correctamente no tenía los filtros necesarios para cuidar mi vista a causa de ello luego de un año mi fórmula aumento mucho, es decir, se había dificultado mucho más mi vista. Así que este año debía ir nuevamente, ya tenía los filtros que debía para cuidar mi vista, y ya era hora de ver como fue el progreso.

Once again they made me several tests such as seeing from a distance certain letters and numbers of different sizes, they dilated my pupil for a better observation, they checked my eye pressure which was perfect. The doctor was very kind although I feel that the consultation was very fast, compared to those I have had before, it should be noted that the previous ones I had done in Bogota, perhaps here it works this way.
The good thing was that the increase in my formula was not exaggerated, giving me a lot of peace of mind since last year I had been scared because the increase was very considerable, there I understood the importance of having the necessary filters because even if I used permanent lenses if I did not take care of my eyesight from the lights that can damage it practically the effort was null.

Aunque la meta estaba clara para principios de este año, al llegar los finales de diciembre se me dio la oportunidad de ir, así que entre muchas opciones decidí ir a óptica eficaz por recomendación de una amiga, como cualquier óptica ofrece la consulta gratis por la compra de las monturas, aunque yo quise hacer el examen un poco más profundo debía pagar la consulta a parte. Una vez más me hacen varios exámenes como el ver de lejos ciertas letras y números diferentes tamaños, dilataron mi pupila para una mejor observación, chequearon mi tensión ocular la cual estuvo perfecta. La doctora fue muy amable aunque siento que la consulta fue muy rápida, comparándola a las que he tenido anteriormente, cabe destacar que las anteriores las había hecho en Bogotá, quizás aquí funciona de esta manera.
Lo bueno fue que el aumento de mi fórmula no fue nada exagerado, dándome mucha tranquilidad puesto que para el año pasado si me había asustado porque el aumento fue muy considerable, allí entendí la importancia de tener los filtros necesarios puesto que así yo usará los lentes permanentes si no cuidaba mi vista de las luces que pueden dañarla prácticamente el esfuerzo era nulo.

There is no bigger dilemma for me than choosing new frames, that's why I always end up choosing the same models😂, and this time although I wanted to try another color for my luck the only frame that I liked was purple, a little darker than the previous one, for me if they are a little bigger than the previous ones and less oval, for me this was a big step because I use them much smaller, now I have more than a month using them and I adapted super fast the change of glass was not so noticeable for my eyesight.
No hay dilema más grande para mí que escoger monturas nuevas, es por ello que siempre termino escogiendo los mismos modelos😂, y está vez aunque quise probar con otro color para mí suerte la única montura que me agrado era morado, un tono un poquito más oscuro que la anterior, pero que ni se nota el cambio, para mí si son un poco más grandecitas que las anteriores y menos ovalada, para mí esto fue un gran paso ya que las uso mucho más pequeña, actualmente tengo más de un mes usándolas y me adapte súper rápido el cambio de cristal tampoco fue tan notorio para mis vista.
