Hi great hive family! Is being a while of missing your loving touch, your amazing contents and creativity.
Considering my absence on hive for some weeks now, I am pretty sure a lot of you might be wondering, "To what exile has this fellow gone?" Left to wonder most is my boss, who was responsible for my onboarding into hive@ovey10.
Without missing words, I want to opine that the "issues of life" have happened to me, and they are still happening, as long as I'm breathing. Sometimes these issues of life have a way of wholly attracting attention, focus, energy, time and other resources. As a youngman, I'm wired only to do one thing at a time and season. This is unlike ladies and women, who can attend to multiple tasks simultaneously.
Perhaps, I should itemize reasons why I took a little break from hive. Local proverb has it that "You cannot chase two birds at the same time".
Training
Shortly after my onboarding to hive by my boss@ovey10, an opportunity came for me to be trained in Mechanisation system of farming. It was a physical based training course.
The training went on with rigorous lectures and class activities from various resourceful instructors for hours.
We had two phases of classes; morning and afternoon. Morning class started 8am while afternoon class went on by 2pm.
Every 5am before each day's class, we went for aerobics (morning exercise), which lasted for just an hour (to 6am). From 6a to 7am was our freshing up time.
After which we took our breakfast by 7am to 8am(first lecture section) and lunch was from 1pm-2pm(second lecture section). And by 7pm in the evening we took our dinner.
We're about 314 trainees that camped. It was really an exciting moment for me as I got to make new friends. The accommodation so conducive, the delicacies so delicious!
Meeting & Work
Above all, I'm now a certified MSP (Mechanised Service Provider), one of the tractor operators in a team of 7 members. From there it has been one meeting and work to the other.
We were also equipped with some Mechanised implements to work with.
