Hello Hive Lovers, follow the progress of the Architectural Project VIDA VERDE we have been giving shape to our EcoVillage.
Every day I fall more in love with the concept that we are creating, one of the things that I love about architecture is how it gives shape to what we dream, how it is recreated from the first concepts from sketches to its construction to make it a reality. For me architecture is one of the most beautiful arts, creating and transforming spaces, an art that shelters us within it.
Hello Hive Lovers, siguen los avances del Proyecto Arquitectónico VIDA VERDE hemos ido dándole forma a nuestra EcoAldea.
Cada día me enamoro más del concepto que estamos creando, una de las cosas que me apasiona de la arquitecta es como se le da forma aquello qué soñamos, como se recrea desde los primeros conceptos desde bocetos hasta su construcción para hacerlo realidad. Para mi la arquitectura es un de las mas hermosa artes,que crea y transformando espacios, un arte qué nos cobija dentro de ella.
This project we have worked remotely, with tools like Zoom and Drive, we have gone step by step, because we are in different latitudes, one of our architects is in Costa Rica, Architect Alejandro Vallejo @entrenos.cr (Instagram) another is in Sweden, Architect Alejandro Haiek @ the.public.machinery (Instagram) and we are in Venezuela, both are really great, we are united by the love for social issues, the planet and the desire to get others to join in creating new concepts of life, more sustainable for humanity and the environment.
I love how they have proposed the spatial concept and the criteria we are taking into account for the Ecovillage VIDA VERDE, we have two main areas;
A) HOUSING
B) MULTIPURPOSE SPACES
Each space is full of PURA VIDA, we have 400 mst2 to move forward in this first phase. So we are looking to optimize the spaces by getting in touch with the environment.
Este proyecto lo hemos trabajado a distancia,con herramientas como Zoom y Drive, hemos ido paso a paso, pues estamos en diferentes latitudes uno de nuestro Arquitectos están en Costa Rica, Arq. Alejandro Vallejo @entrenos.cr (Instagram) otro esta Suecia, Arq. Alejandro Haiek @the.public.machinery (Instagram) y nosotros estamos en Venezuela, ambos son realmente grandiosos, nos une el amor por lo social , el planeta y las ganas de lograr qué otros se sumen a crear nuevos conceptos de vida, más sustentables para la humanidad y el medio ambiente.
Me encanta como se han propuesto el concepto espacial y los criterios qué estamos tomando en cuenta para la Ecoaldea VIDA VERDE , tenemos dos áreas principales;
A) VIVIENDAS
B) ESPACIOS MULTIUSO
Cada espacios esta lleno de PURA VIDA .Tenemos 400 mst2 para ir avanzando en esta primera fase. Así que buscamos de optimizar los espacios adentrándonos con el entorno.
A) HOUSING
**Our homes will not only be ecological but also intelligent. Artificial intelligence will help us to have a better use of resources from energy saving, to the distribution of rainwater irrigation systems and biodigesters for our crops. I dream that Green Homes will use social mining to add value to everyday tasks that contribute to the regeneration and conservation of the environment. As for example utility companies do by giving us a discount on billing for saving water, that every action such as taking a shower for 5 minutes or using rainwater as an irrigation system, is rewarded with a cryptocurrency, as social mining.
A) VIVIENDAS
Hogares Verdes: Nuestras viviendas no solo serán ecológicas sino también inteligentes. La inteligencia artificial nos ayudará a tener un mejor uso de los recursos desde el ahorro de energía, a la distribución de sistemas de riego de las agua de lluvia y los biodigestores par nuestros cultivos . Sueño que los Hogares Verdes usen la minería social para darle valor a la tareas cotidianas que aporten a la regeneración y conservación del medio ambiente. Como por ejemplo lo hacen las empresas de servicios al darnos un descuento en la facturación por el ahorro de agua , que cada acción como darse una ducha por 5 minutos o utilizar el agua del lluvia como sistema de riego, sea recompensado con una criptomoneda, como minería social.
Common spaces: For me the recreational spaces are very important, because they are also part of the quality of life that we seek to have for VIDA VERDE families will enjoy the beautiful green view, walkways, gardens.
Espacios comunes: Para mi los espacios de esparcimiento son muy importantes , pues también son parte de esa calidad de vida que buscamos tener para las familias de VIDA VERDE disfrutarán de la hermosa vista Verde , caminerias , jardines.
Orchards:The food production area of our project cannot be missing, part of this change of life is to return to our origins where we can grow food for ourselves and lead a healthier life with chemical free food.
Huertos:No puede faltar el nuestro proyecto el área productiva de alimentos, parte de este cambio de vida es regresar a nuestros orígenes donde podamos cultivar alimentos para nosotros y llevar una vida mas sana con alimentos libre de quimicos.
B) MULTIPURPOSE SPACES
Multipurpose space.
RAICES VERDES, space for classes, workshops, lectures and presentations all members of Vida Verde are related to the arts, audiovisual creators, photographers, producers and directors, actors, puppeteers, musicians, performers and teachers of dance, yoga, aerial. So it is essential for us to have a space for the formation of the arts which is a strong tool that we use to raise awareness on the importance of preserving the planet.
B) ESPACIOS MULTIUSO
Espacio de usos Múltiples:
RAICES VERDES , espacio para clases, talleres ,conferencias y presentaciones todos los miembros de Vida Verde estamos relacionados con las artes , creadores audiovisuales,fotógrafos, productores y directores, actores, titiriteros, músicos, intérpretes y maestro de danza, yoga, aéreos. Por lo que es esencial par nosotros contar con un espacio para la formación de las artes que es una fuerte herramienta que utilizamos par crear conciencia en la importancia del la preservación del planeta.
Productive Spaces Plastic recycling is one of our main productive projects with a line of household items from the transformation of these plastics that go to the landfill or end up in the seas killing species and polluting our environment.
Espacios Productivos El reciclaje del plástico es uno de nuestros principales proyectos productivos con una linea de artículos para el hogar desde la transformación de estos plásticos que van al vertedero o terminan en los mares matando especies y contaminando nuestro entorno.
Residences A place to stay and share in environmental and artistic festivals and conferences is a must.
Residencias No puede faltar un espacio para hospedar y compartir en festivales y conferencias ambientalistas y artísticas.
Green Square Meeting place for meditation and sharing, ideal for yoga classes, dance or aerial fabrics.
Plaza Verde Lugar de encuentro para meditar y compartir , ideal para clases de yoga , danza o telas aerias.
Each one of these spaces has a beautiful essence and we are sure they will be great, as we are working more on each space and the interior designs I will show their stages. Today they are only sketches that I share full of emotion with you lovers of ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN

Social mining and crypto as a reward are intriguing and interesting parts of your project. How did this come about and what was your inspiration behind this idea?

This arises from personal experiences, to the so-called universal wage as giving value to something as important and valuable as housework, family care and good use of natural resources.
For some time now there have been smart homes such as irrigation systems for planting, but these systems also end up representing an additional expense at the time of installation and maintenance.
My first experience with mining was with ETH and since I was introduced to Hive and social mining, I am increasingly confident that we are on the right track.
It's a brilliant idea! This is definitely something to be excited about in the near future. Thank you for explaining and sharing this with us. We look forward to learning about your experience once these social mining reward systems are in place.

Está genial todo el proyecto, se siente bastante fresca la representación en los planos, muy buenos cortes. Estaria interesante ver un render también, pero entiendo esto como una primera parte del proyecto. No soy arquitecto, pero estuve un par de años impriendo planos en la facultad de arquitectura de la universidad central de Venezuela, me gustó tanto tu proyecto, que lo compartí a compañeros de la facu.
