Esa fue la gran estrategia del Sr. Gustavo Zingg, innovación que le abrió las puertas de la modernidad a Venezuela en plena dictadura militar. El concepto estructural del Pasaje es a su vez una gran estrategia comercial: el corredor que cruza de una avenida a otra, los comercios, el innovador atractivo de la escalera mecánica que en esa época fue una gran sensación, la fabricación de los primeros baños públicos para retener a las personas por mas tiempo dentro del pasaje... fue una idea genial que ayudó al comercio de la época. Lamentablemente hoy el Pasaje se ve triste pero sigue siendo un lugar para caminar por la historia que guarda y porque ayuda a acortar el camino. Saludos y gracias por tu comentario.
