I had the opportunity to meet the old building since it was an icon of Venezuelan civil architecture, I never understood the reason that led to its demolition to make way for what is today, Tulipán Business Center; Yesterday I tried to find out and I didn't find anything about it, what I did find was mixed opinions from people who never agreed with the demolition and others that if it was necessary. Some say that this structure lacks the artistic touch that the previous one had and others say that it was necessary to give way to modernity. Comments come and go, the truth is that they agree that the old one was a true work of art of the Architecture of the 50s but that this is avant-garde ... The truth is that it seemed an interesting story to publish in our wonderful community . Happy day full of blessings. Yo tuve la oportunidad de conocer al antiguo Edificio ya que fue un ícono de la Arquitectura civil venezolana, nunca comprendía el motivo que llevó a su demolición para darle paso a lo que es hoy, Centro Empresarial Tulipán; ayer traté de averiguar y no encontré nada al respecto, lo que si encontré fue opiniones encontradas de personas que nunca estuvieron de acuerdo con la demolición y otros que si era necesaria. Unos dicen que esta estructura carece del toque artístico que tenía la anterior y otros dicen que era necesario darle paso a la modernidad. Comentarios van y vienen, lo cierto es que coinciden en que la antigua era una verdadera obra de arte de la Arquitectura de los años 50 pero que esta es vanguardista... La verdad es que me pareció una historia interesante de publicar en nuestra maravillosa comunidad. Feliz día cargado de bendiciones.
