En mi pais, Venezuela, tendria un valor aproximado de 10.000$ USD, asi que simplemente se me ocurrió imaginar que haria yo con un espacio similar si tuviese ese dinero y consecuentemente me dije "¿Por que no planear mi futuro?" Obviamente no cuento con los recursos para si quiera comprar el terreno, pero tal vez en un par de años cuente con ellos y tener algo ya pensado y plasmado en un diseño ayudaria a no cometer los errores que cometen muchas personas, detalles como una habitacion mas grande que otra, paredes donde no deben estar, espacios mal aprovechado con construciones circulares..

Ya en anteriores ocaciones habia fantaseado con la idea y habia descargado el programa Sketchup, que honestamente me parece el mas facil de utilizar para cualquier novato como lo soy yo, boseteando un poco pensé que una mejor medida era 15x20 metros y asi que en eso me basé, aunque como veran, hice correcciones a medida que iba agarrando forma.
On previous occasions I had fantasized about the idea and had downloaded the Sketchup program, which honestly seems to me the easiest to use for any newbie like me, boseteando a little I thought that a better measurement was 15x20 meters and so in that I I based, although as you can see, I made corrections as I was taking shape.
Una de las cosas que aprendí en videos de youtube, es que separar todo por zonas y por grupos, ayudaba mucho a no cometer errores y ahorra mucho trabajo de correccion por mover lineas que no debias mover, o borrar cosas por error, asi que eso hice, fui separando por la plantilla del piso, añadia cosas y las convertia en grupos que podia trabajar de manera individual.
One of the things I learned in YouTube videos, is that separating everything by zones and groups, helped a lot to not make mistakes and saves a lot of correction work by moving lines that you should not move, or deleting things by mistake, so that I did, I was separating by the floor staff, I added things and turned them into groups that I could work individually.

Para mi, llegado a este punto, tenia mi jardin boseteado, sabia exactamente lo que queria, algo minimalista, capaz de alojar y complacer a muchas personas, el tiempo en familia es algo importante para mi, me hace muy feliz compartir una buena comida y una de las cosas que siempre quise fue un horno de leña y una fogata rodeada de muebles. Hey, what a good idea you have given me, having water in underground tanks, I could use that space as you say, for a greenhouse, I thought to place plants along the walls as an ornament and as an edible crop, but what you say sounds more interesting, thanks :D

Hello @randomproject123, welcome to Architecture + Design Community! It really takes lots of hours to do the model especially when you're conceptualizing along with it. I commend you for your great effort in learning the software and putting your vision in place.

I think it would be the best, a kind of home office, honestly and without wanting to sound negative, I think there will be a before and after the pandemic, contemplating preparing to work from home, I think it is prudent.
That is wonderful, SketchUp is indeed simplest software to do modelling, great work. Will this work be build in reality?
We hope that in a few years this can be done, maybe they will change one thing or another, but it is the house that my partner and I dream of and it is our goal.
