The mirror, as it happens with its protagonism in fairy tales, also plays with our vanity and invites us to see distorted images, which nevertheless help us to develop our fantasy, putting into practice our power of speculation.
Specula speculorum, as it would happen with any fantastic story worth its salt, we could even suggest, from a Platonic perspective, that we live in a great world cavern, of which we are only simple shadows in the metaphorical world of the Idea, which evolve until reach the sharpness of the world of Form.
A sensation that is obtained, precisely, when in this substitute for the mirror, which is a simple expanse of water, the surface is punctually distorted by the action of the slightest breath of wind.
Circumstance, which after all, is still a metaphor as well, aimed at making us understand, among other suggestions, how fragile existence is deep down.

Fantastic Reflections..!
@juancar347
I can see/ sense a story in every individual image captured.
Thank you for sharing and participating in Round-22.
:-D
Thank you very much for your comment. He thinks that the world is in itself a great story and the reflections, metaphorically speaking, part of its most beautiful chapters. Greetings
I like your story, the waters offer an image similar to looking in the mirror, the difference is the sense that we give to the reflection in the water as you say, I like the photos, they point you to the penultimate, but I think they will not tell you nothing since the photo is simple
As I generally say, everything in life is a matter of opinions and I think it is a mistake to think that the simple does not say anything, quite the contrary, wonderful stories usually come out of the simple. Greetings
Wonderful shots as always.
Thankful for your always kind comments. Kind regards, @nelinoeva
