Sećate se vesti o zabrani zgrada sa staklenim fasadama, o njihovom proterivanju iz gradova ako ne ispunjavaju određene energetski efikasne propise izgradnje?
Moderni neboderi sa staklenim fasadama, upečatljivog dizajna, sa neverovatnim arhitektonskim inovacijama osvojili su planetu.
U mom kraju nema impozantnih zgrada sa staklenom fasadom.
Jedina poznata građevina je Tržni centar "Kalča" u Nišu. Zamišljeno je da se na njegovim sjajnim staklima ogledaju konture dva Niša. Onog starog, meraklijskog i novog, modernog grada. Od kada je svečano otvoren davne 1993. godine, Tržni centar "Kalča" postao je novi simbol grada.
Vreme je učinilo svoje. Dok grad osvajaju novi šoping molovi "Kalča" se prazni.
Ipak, uvek će privlačiti pažnju svojim plavetnilom i neponovljivim odrazima okolnih fasada, ljudi, neba i oblaka.
Fasadu zanimljivom čini jedan detalj.
Ravna površina staklenih panela presečena je trostranom prizmom na čijim krajevima se nalaze piramide. Na jednoj stranici donje piramide ogleda se senka prolaznika.
Okolne zgrade se ogledaju na fasadi, kao i plavo nebo. Na žalost, bez mnogo oblaka jula meseca ove godine.
Poslednju fotografiju snimila sam pre dve i po godine. Nema velikih promena u okruženju i na samoj fasadi.
