Terrible Ansiedad.

Ansiedad, terrible ansiedad
Que me calcomes por dentro,
Como una sanguijuela hambrienta,
Que supciona sangre de mi cuerpo.

Eres el mal de la mente,
Y el desespero del cuerpo.
La locura inminente,
Que permanece en el tiempo.

No ansío cuando llegas,
Solo ansío que te vayas
Ansiedad que me controla,
Y me dominas el alma.

Frustración es mi ansiedad,
Sudoración y temblor.
Algo malo me pasará,
En mi interior siento temor

¿Que será lo que vendrá?
¿Que podra suceder?
¿Como voy a reccionar?
¿Como te puedo vencer?

Ansiedad por lo bueno,
Ansiedad por lo malo.
Por fuera me estremezco,
En mi interior me acorralo.

Emociones y sentimientos
Insertidumbre y mucho llanto.
Eso es lo que me provocas,
Crisis e inevitable pánico.

¡Vete de aquí, ansiedad!
Nunca fuiste bienvenida.
No llegues más a mi cuerpo,
Ni a mi mente, ni a mi vida.

Anxiety, terrible anxiety
That calms me inside,
Like a hungry leech,
That oozes blood from my body.

You are the evil of the mind,
And the despair of the body.
The imminent madness,
That lingers in time.

I don't long for you when you arrive,
I only long for you to leave
Anxiety that controls me,
And you dominate my soul.

Frustration is my anxiety
Sweating and trembling.
Something bad will happen to me,
Inside me I feel fear.

What's to come?
What will happen?
How will I react?
How can I beat you?

Anxiety for the good,
Anxiety for the bad.
On the outside I shudder,
On the inside I'm cornered.

Emotions and feelings
Insecurity and a lot of crying.
That's what you provoke in me,
Crisis and inevitable panic.

Get out of here, anxiety!
You were never welcome.
Don't come into my body anymore,
Nor into my mind, nor into my life.
