(Quien tenga corazón)
Desde la terca lejanía
donde sobra hasta el perdón
Desde el destino de todo tiempo perdido
Desde la casa que no se añora
vacía ya de los besos, los aromas
y los caldos que la hicieran entrañable
Desde la Ítaca imposible
Desde una Paria sin parias
se lanzan señales que van poblando el cielo
Pero el rigor del toque de queda
deja a la noche sin ojos
Y no hay quien lea el nuevo evangelio
escrito en las estrellas:
“Quien tenga ojos que vea,
Quien tenga corazón que peque…”
Y fue que un vagabundo ciego
arrojó la primera piedra.

(Whoever has a heart)
From the stubborn distance
where even forgiveness is superfluous
From the destiny of all lost time
From the house that is not missed
empty now of the kisses, the aromas
and the broths that made it endearing
From the impossible Ithaca
From a Pariah without pariahs
signals are launched that populate the sky
But the rigor of the curfew
leaves the night without eyes
And there is no one to read the new gospel
written in the stars:
"Whoever has eyes, shall see,
Whoever has a heart, shall sin..."
And so it was that a blind wanderer
threw the first stone.
Saludos, Hiveanos. Circunstancias personales me han tenido algo alejado de estos espacios. Pero siempre procuro leer y disfrutar del contenido generado en las comunidades que integran la Hiveósfera y no quise faltar a la cita poética que se ha hecho costumbre entre nosotros cada domingo. Así que hoy les comparto este poema, escrito hace algo más de un año mientras miraba el cielo en una noche atípicamente callada de una Caracas bajo confinamiento. Espero les guste. La foto (del archivo de Getty Images) la encontré en un artículo muy interesante sobre la Vía Láctea que leí en Independent en Español, se los recomiendo. Feliz domingo para todos y Buen Hive.
Greetings, Hiveans. Personal circumstances have kept me away from these spaces. But I always try to read and enjoy the content generated in the communities that are part of the Hiveosphere and I did not want to miss the poetic appointment that has become customary among us every Sunday. So today I share with you this poem, written a little over a year ago while I was looking at the sky on an atypically quiet night in a Caracas under confinement. I hope you like it. I found the photo (from the Getty Images archive) in a very interesting article about the Milky Way I read in Independent en Español, I recommend it. Happy Sunday to all and Good Hive.

Muy expresivo poema de estos aciagos tiempos que nos han tocado vivir, donde la lejanía y el encierro nos han aturdido hasta quizás llegar a cegarnos. Sin embargo, alguna mirada al cielo nos lo descubre. Elocuentes imágenes, buen ritmo e interesante juego intertextual. Gracias y saludos, @tupamalo.
