Well, today I was doing my morning rounds, checking Slothbuzz.com, replying to notifications with the Engage features, having a quick Hang around shortform, and I noticed some users talking about 'raidstead'. Now, interestingly enough, I read about it the other day after seeing Forky post about it on X!
Amazing how Hive content can be found outside of Hive more easily than on Hive sometimes!

Well, anyways, this morning I opened up Raidstead to see what it was all about! It just launched today! Sloth, being one of the first in? Instantly! The sheer buzz of the sloth is unreal!
After a quick scout of the Spam Beetle, I found it was weak to forge damage! So I loaded up my little fighter and smacked the beetle around a little! This should tide us over until tomorrow_, and I'll need to remember to_ come back and beat it up some more!

Now, I've been using Slothbuzz.com for all my buzzing on Hive recently, but I guess I'll need to start doing the odd post with Ecency again in order to get those daily points and energy towards defeating these bosses! I'm interested to see what other communities participate, and if we can find the buzz to keep up!
If we get enough buzzers wanting to take part daily, we'll be sure to keep it up! Sloth and steady wins the race, but we're buzzing on this so far! Let's see if we can work together to defeat the raiders! It's good practice for Sloths Mining War, practice beating up the beetles, then head over and see if you've got what it takes to steal the honey from your fellow sloths!

funny how you ended up finding out about raidstead on x before seeing it on hive first. sounds like a solid start against that spam beetle with the forge damage.
Yeah, Hive is weird. Most of the content stays in closed circles; it's hard to break out and get more attention elsewhere! I'm always finding 'old' projects created years ago that never got the love they deserved on Hive.
We all seem to fall into the trap of following a bunch of accounts, then not really expanding from there. Only occasionally does something different pique our interest and nudge us in a new direction.
Sloth steps, eventually I'll get !SLOTHBUZZ out to everyone :D
This game is just a series of steps to help we build HIVE.
It sure it, seems like a fun way to encourage activity, it's already added to my morning Hive routine! Along with a lot of !SLOTHBUZZ of course!
