How Do We Choose The Highlighted Posts?

All of you must be wondering how we picked the authors who get into the highlight. As some of the good curation projects out there, our highlighted authors are also handpicked to ensure that we diversify the content and the recommendations in the highlight. We want this highlight to be a place where people get inspiration, a place to learn something new, and even finding a recommendation.

Hence, throughout the week, the moderators will check the community and manually hand pick the posts. Some factors includes : the post subject, post quality, engagement, personal voice, and general effort

AuthorTitleDescription
@allani545Book Review: Greenlights - Matthew McConaugheyGreenlights is a touching, witty and thought-provoking autobiography written by Matthew McConaughey. It feels overwhelmingly personal whilst still telling an amazing story.
@greengalletti/REVIEW/ The Blue Nowhere by Jeffery Deaver is set in the world of the Internet. /RESEÑA/ La Estancia Azul de Jeffery Deave. The Blue Nowhere is an intriguing thriller, centred on the world of technology, which now surrounds us and which we are forced to live with on a daily basis, much more so today than at the time Deaver wrote the book. A world in which we are immersed numerous hours a day and of which, absurdly, we know very little.
@senorcoconutVIRTUAL REALITY - Are we going to see a world like READY PLAYER ONEHoly crap, that was a really fun movie. I han never seen Ready Player One. I always liked the idea of virtual reality, but never explored it much. So, when there are movies on the subject, I get excited! This one, slipped by me, I only watched it a couple of days ago!!! I loved the movie so much, when I found out there was a book, I got myself a copy to listen to from my library. As I thought, the book is full of details the movie skipped over. It a lot of fun.
@actioncats"The Bicycle" , " Tales and traditions of my beloved Táriba" (ENG/SPA)This book has 18 stories or tales all based on the experiences of the author, who is a native of the area, I have already read the first of them entitled "La Bicicleta" (The Bicycle). This story basically tells us part of his childhood in which even being a child of good behavior and excellent student his father did not fulfill the promise to buy him a bicycle, alleging various reasons, something that deeply called my attention and made me reflect on the importance of keeping our word to our children, although that is material for another publication and another community, even so this child continued to be a great student and thanks to that he dared to express his dissatisfaction and frustration to a teacher, he got his father to fulfill that promise.
