Hello friends everyone hive lovers🥰

back again with me, in this post I want to share with all my friends about daily cooking recipes which are very practical and of course also very healthy because they are 100% vegan

These few days I have been busy taking care of my baby, so I don't have much time to be in the kitchen, so I took the initiative to cook a side dish that is simple and of course healthy, incidentally there was still leftover corn in the refrigerator yesterday, the plan was to process the corn into gravy clear vegetables and added some other vegetables including carrot and spinach leaves

As we know, this spinach leaf is very good for nursing mothers and this spinach leaf has a lot of benefits for our health, apart from that, this spinach leaf is also a plant that is very easy to find in the nearest traditional market and supermarket.

But this time I want to make clear vegetable spinach leaves mixed with wartel and corn, this menu is the simplest menu and doesn't take much time to make.

Materials needed to make clear spinach:

  • 1 bunch of spinach

Steps in making spinach clear vegetables:

Step 1

First, peel the skin of the carrot and then cut the carrot according to individual taste. I cut it in a round shape

Step 5

Prepare 500 ml of water and then boil the water so that it is slightly frothy

After the water is cooked, then add the corn that was cut earlier

Then after the corn is put in, then proceed with adding the carrots that were cut earlier. And cook the carrots and corn until they are a little soft

Step 6

And after that add the spinach leaves earlier, tips for boiling spinach leaves, try not to boil the spinach leaves for too long because later the spinach leaves will become soft and the color will brown

And after that the clear vegetable spinach leaves are ready to be served, in one bowl the clear green spinach leaves contain various kinds of vitamins and calcium which are good for our body
