Les deseo un excelente noche amigos de la comida y postres veganos, espero que todos se encuentren bien, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una nueva receta; Unas deliciosas galletas de afrecho con lluvia de ajonjolí, estas galletas quedaron exquisitas, muy sanas saludables y sabrosas, el afrecho y ajonjolí poseen un nivel alto en fibras, ideal para la merienda de las tardes, sin más, les muestro los ingredientes y el paso a paso.

-1 cup bran (toasted wheat)
-1 cup water
-1 cup wheat flour
-Oil to spread on a tray
-20 grams of papelón
-1 cinnamon stick
-3 gr toasted sesame seeds

  • 1 taza de agua
  • 1 taza de harina de trigo

  • 3 gr de ajonjolí tostado

To begin, and after preparing all the ingredients, we are going to prepare a molasses of papelón, in a pot we put half a cup of water, then add the cinnamon stick and the papelón, on the cooker over medium heat, let it melt, stirring until it thickens, remove, let it cool, set aside.

We turn on the oven at 180 degrees centigrade, in a tray suitable for oven, we are going to grease, then with the help of a metal spoon we take a portion of the mixture and with the help of our hands we crush and place one by one our biscuits on the tray.
