Deseo compartir con todos una sabrosa compota de frutas, con bastante vitamina C, ya que el limón y la parchita poseen bastante, aunque con la uvas pasas le sale un sabor a dulce que lo hace especial y cuando lo tomas quisiera que nunca se acabe.

I want to share with everyone a tasty fruit compote, with plenty of vitamin C, as lemon and parchita have enough, although with raisins it has a sweet taste that makes it special and when you take it I would like it never ends.
Ingredientes para la realización:
2 parchitas grandes.
80 gramos de azúcar.
30 gramos de maicena.
1 limón.
30 gramos de uvas pasas.

30 grams of raisins.
Preparación:
Lavar la parchita con agua, luego ponerla en una olla con agua para sancocharla con cáscara y todo.

Colocar las parchitas sancochadas para licuar y después colar.
Add the parchitas to blend and then strain.
Colocar en la cocina para echar el azúcar, el jugo de limón y la maicena.
