Easy Steps to Make Chura Mungfali Snack.(flattened rice peanuts)

Hello namaste,How are you all? I hope you are all well. Once again, I have brought a spicy and delicious dish for you called Chura Mungfali Snack. This is an Indian breakfast loved by both children and elderly alike. I learned this recipe from my grandmother, so let me share with you how to make it. I hope you all will like my grandmother's recipe.

#🌺🌺 Ingredients🌺🌺
🌼- 1 cup flattened rice (poha)
🌼- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
🌼- 2 big onions, finely chopped
🌼- 1 green chili, finely chopped
🌼- 1 tablespoon oil
🌼- Salt to taste
🌼- Juice from 2 big lemons
🌼- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
🌼- 1 small inch of ginger
🌼- Coriander leaves for garnishing
🌼- Cumin seeds and mustard seeds
🌼-Turmeric powder and chili powder.

🌺🌺Instructions🌺🌺

  1. Wash the flattened rice in water for a few seconds and then drain it. Keep it aside.

  1. Roast the peanuts separately.

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds until they crackle.

  1. Add onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili to the hot oil. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

  1. Add the Turmeric powder and chili powder.flattened rice and mix well.

  1. Add salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala. Mix everything thoroughly.

  1. Chura Mungfali snack is ready. Garnish it with roasted peanuts and coriander leaves.
